Ryan started his professional career as a sports journalist. He had been dreaming of becoming a sports journalist since he was a kid and got to realize this dream. But....when he got there he realized it wasn't what he imagined. Later on he got into digital marketing and he shares how and why he made that change. Throughout the interview he also dives into this idea of having a vision. Not necessarily goal setting, something much deeper. Ryan does a great job of putting everything into simple terms that everyone can understand and implement. He also gives really great general advice that he's learned from his experiences.
